Cabin on the island Lehtissari

On island on Torne river and only a stone´s throw away from the waterfront you will find this cabin in the expanses of Northern Sweden.
It includes two bedrooms, a larger living room with fireplace and dining place as well as a kitchen corner. In the hut you will have electricity but no water.
Water you can get in the river and there you can also wash yourself. An biological toilet and sauna is available inside the house.

You will live here in a fantastic nature at this water property on the island which you will reach by boat after a short crossing from the mainland. Although you will live here in seclusion, the nearest locality Jukkasjärvi is only 3 kilometers away, and Kiruna, which is called in secret the capital of Lapland, is 15 kilometers away from here. With the exception of a guest hut (40 m away) no other neighbors will be found here at the same property.
Jukkasjärvi is famous for its ice hotel which attracts every year many foreign tourists. Apart from that you can pass away the time here as a rule with fishing, canoe tours, mountain biking and in winter with snowmobile and dog sledge tours.

Directions:
- Coming from Luleå take the E 10 towards Kiruna.
- Approximately 10 km before Kiruna turn right towards Jukkasjärvi.
- After you have trespassed the bridge over the river Torneälv, you will see an island on the left, on which your holiday house is located.
- To get onto the island, you will need a boat. The landlord or his contact person will arrange the boat ride for you.
- In Winter, the river can be crossed by foot or snow scooter.
- You have arrived.
