A Charming House Near the Sea with Lovely Garden and Ocean View in a Rural Setting

Spacious 2000 m² plot with a lush garden and many cozy seating areas. Modern wooden house built in 2011 with carefully chosen interiors, warm wooden floors, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The house is located in the countryside but offers excellent transport connections, just 5 minutes to the E6 highway and a scenic coastal road to Varberg (17 km) and Falkenberg (11 km). A 50-minute drive to Gothenburg, 1.5 hours to Helsingborg, and 2 hours to Malmö.

There are many beautiful swimming spots along the entire coast. The nearest is a meadow-style beach (300 m), and another option is a small sandy beach with a jetty and ladder (700 m). Beautiful nature surrounds the house, with a great cycling path right outside the door. Both Falkenberg and Varberg offer many delightful excursions, restaurants, and cafés.

About the House:
On the ground floor, you'll find a large and bright kitchen and living area with a sofa group and fireplace. There's also a spacious hallway with good storage and a large bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. From the ground floor, you have direct access to the terrace and stone-paved patios in three directions. The sea-facing terrace features a large dining table, barbecue, and space for an outdoor kitchen – perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Upstairs, there is another living area with a sofa group and a TV with Chromecast. This floor also includes three bedrooms. One bedroom with an ocean view is in an alcove that can be closed off with a folding wall and contains a double bed (180 cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), and the third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). There's also a bathroom with a shower and toilet upstairs.

The garden offers many pleasant seating areas and features apple trees and raised garden beds, from which guests are welcome to harvest during the season.

The house is available for weekly rentals during June–August. Outside of that period, it can be rented for shorter stays, minimum of 3 nights.
