Fjelltoppen – Exclusive Mountain Cabin with Sauna, Fireplace & Panoramic Views

Welcome to Fjelltoppen, a charming and exclusive log cabin built from solid timber with a traditional turf roof, located in Torkilstöten, Ljungdalen in north‑western Härjedalen – close to Funäsdalen, Ramundberget, Bruksvallarna and Tänndalen.

The cabin is situated at 830 meters above sea level, right next to the open alpine plateau, and surrounded by beautiful mountain birch forest. From here, you can enjoy magnificent year‑round views of Dunsjöfjället and the Kesudalen valley. Step straight outside the door to access vast mountain landscapes ideal for hiking, trail running, skiing and snowmobiling.

The Cabin
The cabin offers 8+2 standard beds, distributed across three spacious bedrooms, all with generous ceiling height and an authentic mountain atmosphere.

• Ground floor:

The open kitchen and main living room form a social and inviting gathering space, featuring:
• Large dining table seating at least 10 guests
• Wood‑burning fireplace
• Sofa and cozy lounge area
• Modern smart TV / DVD / Blu‑ray
• Large windows with panoramic views over the valley

Bathroom & Sauna
• Fully tiled bathroom with shower, WC and sauna
• Sauna with window and mountain views
• Direct access to a terrace – perfect for cooling off in the snow during winter or relaxing in a lounge chair while enjoying the mountain scenery
• Separate guest WC
For families with children, a foldable baby cot and high chair are also available.

Winter
• Cross‑country ski trails directly next to the property, groomed regularly
• Downhill skiing at:
◦ Fjälliften on the eastern side of Torkilstöten (a unique high‑mountain skiing experience)
◦ Ljungdalsberget in the village, offering groomed slopes, a 3‑seat chairlift and a restaurant
• Excellent snowmobile trails in both alpine and forest terrain
• Ski touring, snowshoe hiking, fishing and playing in the snow – all right outside the cabin
Spring, Summer & Autumn
• Mountain hiking, trail running and MTB cycling
• Fishing, berry picking and mushroom foraging
• All activities are accessible directly from the cabin – no car needed

• The cabin is available for rent year‑round
• Sleds and snowshoes can be rented at favorable rates

• No pets allowed (due to allergies)
