House 42 sqm. Divided by 30 square meters on the ground floor and 12 sq.m. in the loft.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning / cooling
WC / Shower: Fully tiled walls, tiled floor with underfloor heating.
Kitchen: Dining area, 32" flat screen TV, stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher,
refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Bedroom: Double bed with 2 mattresses, wardrobe, 24" TV.
Sleepingloft: 2 beds. The loft has limited ceiling height and there is a steep staircase/ladder to the loft.
There are duvets, pillows and blankets. Sheets and towels are rented or brought with you.
Internet access: Wireless network.
GAZEBO
The gazebo by the water belongs to the house.
THE LAND
Garden, beach and jetty are shared with the owner.
There are garden furniture at cottage, beach and jetty.

Vi hade två fantastiska veckor i denna underbara stuga med havsutsikt. Läget är helt oslagbart – att sitta vid stranden eller bryggan och se solnedgången var en höjdpunkt varje dag. Lusthuset vid vattnet blev snabbt vår favorit för morgonkaffe och mysiga eftermiddagar.
Stugan är fräsch och bra planerad, fullt utrustad och med luftkondition som gjorde de varma dagarna mycket skönare. Wi-Fi fungerade bra och det fanns många utemöbler på uteplats, strand, brygga och också i lusthuset.
Att ha cyklar och en canadensare var verkligen kul och gav mer variation. Läget är perfekt för utflykter – nära både Kalmar, Öland och flera fina badplatser.
Värdarna var mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående och vi fick många bra tips. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och åker hem med många fina minnen.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der Ferienunterkunft mit zwei Kindern. Diese ist sehr schön gelegen und das Grundstück hat direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Wir konnten zwei Fahrräder, einen Kanadier, Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern, Pickleballfeld mit Ausrüstung und einen Pavillon (nur für uns) kostenlos nutzen. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen eigenen Sandstrand, den die Kinder fantastisch fanden. Mit dem Kanadier haben wir bei passendem Wetter sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen und die vielen Vögel der Umgebung beobachtet. Die Vermieter Megan und Johann sind super nett und kümmern sich umgehend wenn etwas fehlen sollte (bei uns hat eine Schwimmweste für die Kids nicht richtig gepasst und am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue). Charming and well equipped stuga with amazing seaview. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts.
We enjoyed nature and silence, canoe trips, playing table tennis and pickle ball.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, die Häuser sind mit allem eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine zum nutzen ist dabei. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, alle angebotenen Möglichkeiten konnten wir nutzen (Kanu, Strand, Pavillon, Seebrücke) und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Diese Adresse behalten wir auf unserer Schweden Urlaubsliste ganz oben, also Daumen hoch für diese tolle Urlaubsadresse!
