Mysig timmerstuga på lantgård i Nordmaling, nära E4 mellan Umeå och Örnsköldsvik.

Stugan rymmer upp till 3 personer och har ett sovrum med våningssäng, bäddsoffa (140 cm), kök samt dusch och toalett. Stugan ligger i avskilt läge på tomten. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med får, ankor och höns precis runt knuten. Frukostägg finns att köpa.

Ett perfekt boende för barnfamiljen, paret eller dig som vill stanna till några nätter på resan genom Norrland. Nära till natur, utflykter och bad – men samtidigt enkelt att nå från E4.

Grillutstyr – A fire pit is available just outside the cabin, with firewood provided for your use.
Hunder er velkomne – Dogs are welcome! A water bowl and dog bed are available to borrow. There are lovely walking routes in the area around the cabin.

Separerte soverom – Separate bedroom with a bunk bed, 90 × 200 cm per bed. The bedroom has blackout curtains and a reading lamp. The living room has a sofa bed, 140 × 200 cm. Bed linen is included.
Uteplass (terrasse osv) – A fire pit with a grill ring is located just outside the cabin. Firewood is available.

Fisking – Good fishing opportunities in Nordmaling Municipality, with access to the coast, lakes and rivers. The coastal waters offer pike, perch and whitefish, while the Lögde and Öre rivers are known for salmon and sea trout. There are also several smaller lakes and streams offering perch, pike and trout. Fishing permits are required in most lakes and rivers.
Innendørs svømmefasiliteter – Hammarhallen is approximately a 7-minute bike ride from the cabin.
Langrenn – The nearest illuminated cross-country ski trail is about 900 metres from the cabin. Cross-country skis for both children and adults are available to borrow, with limited sizes. When snow conditions allow, we also prepare our own cross-country ski track on the field outside the cabin. With touring skis, you can ski towards the sea and to Lake Levarsjön, about 1 km from the cabin.
Lekeplass – A small playground is located at the community hall next to the cabin. Guests are also welcome to use the swings, sandbox and toys available on the farm.
Slalåm (snowboard) – Approximately 15 minutes by car to Ålidbacken and 30 minutes to Agnäsbacken for downhill skiing.
Snøscooterkjøring – Good snowmobile trails are located directly next to the cabin. A trail fee to the local association may apply.
Sykkelleie – One e-bike and two regular bicycles are available to borrow upon request and subject to availability.
Turstier – Nordmaling offers a variety of hiking opportunities, from short nature trails to longer hikes along the rivers. The Lögdeälvsleden trail follows the Lögde River through forests, ravines and rapids, with suspension bridges and picnic areas along the way. The Öreälvsleden follows the Öre River through varied landscapes. There are also several nature reserves and shorter trails, including the Storrisbergsgrottorna caves.
