Big seaside house in Grisslehamn for 10 people

On a large, unspoiled plot by the sea in Grisslehamn is this fine house of good standard.
The large house is about 80 square meter, has five beds (double bed 180x200, single bed 105x200 and sofa bed for two people. Full standard with bathroom with shower, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, regular coffee maker and capsule machine (Nespresso). Full kitchen equipment. Between the house and the guesthouse of 35 square meter there is a glazed conservatory and large balconies with outdoor furniture, a Weber charcoal grill is available. The guesthouse contains 5 beds (double bed 180x200, sofa bed for 2 people and bunk bed 80x200). Living room/kitchen with dining table and stove/oven, coffee maker and microwave. Toilet with shower.

Perfect for two families as there are two separate houses with kitchen and toilet/shower in each. Maximum 10 people as there are 5+5 beds. Terms: We rent out for couples and families but not for groups of friends, no parties, no outdoor speakers, or crowds as this is a quiet dead end of the village in harmony with the surroundings. The village has an extensive restaurant and entertainment scene within walking distance. Dogs are perfectly fine if you clean up properly after yourself. As a tenant, you clean yourself and leave the houses in the condition you want to find them in. Please note: Bring towels and bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases), pillows and blankets are provided in the houses.

The house is located on a large plot with an unobstructed location so that you are not disturbed by tennis courts, parking lots or people. It is within bathing suit distance as a path goes from the house straight down to a child-friendly sandy beach and nice bathing rocks by the sea. The beach is located right inside the island of Loskäret and the ferry to The Åland Island. Here is also the fishing port with the Eckerö Line with several daily trips to Åland.

In the old fishing port there is a fish shop and two restaurants with full rights, and several clothing/accessories shops. A few minutes' walk further and you will find an ICA store, Vischans gourmet pizza & tarte and Café Bagarboden with freshly baked bread and lunches/coffee. Restaurant Leffe's kitchen serves delicious home cooking next to ICA. Restaurant 686 has a nice outdoor restaurant. On the other side of the village is Restaurant Ångbåtsbryggan right by the water. Grisslehamns Premium Resort and Marina has mini golf, restaurants, paddle and boat rental etc. A little further from the fishing port towards the oldest part of the village is Albert Engström's farm with a museum, Café Kalaset with full rights in an idyllic park, here you will also find Albert Engström's studio with a long beautiful sandy beach next door.

Other excursion destinations are the idyllic Singö (10 km), Väddö farm dairy with famous dairy, own cheeses and two restaurants. Kröns market garden with restaurant. Charging for electric cars is available at Eckerölinjen's parking lot and at Grisslehamn's marina. Electric cars cannot be charged at the house (but there are several charging spots in the village)
