Big seaside house in Grisslehamn for 10 people

This lovely, high-standard house is situated on a large, private seaside plot in Grisslehamn.
The main house is approximately 80 m² and sleeps five (a 180x200 cm double bed, a 105x200 cm single bed, and a sofa bed for two). It features full amenities, including a bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, standard coffee maker, and capsule machine (Nespresso), along with all necessary kitchenware. Between the main house (80 m²) and the guest house (35 m²), there is a glazed sunroom and spacious decks with outdoor furniture; a Weber charcoal grill is also provided.

The guest house sleeps five (a 180x200 cm double bed, a sofa bed for two, and 80x200 cm bunk beds). It includes a living room/kitchen area with a dining table, stove/oven, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Perfect for two families, as there are two separate houses, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. Maximum capacity is 10 people (5 beds in each house).

Terms: We rent to couples and families but not to groups of friends; no parties, outdoor speakers, or large gatherings are permitted, as this is a quiet area that respects the peaceful surroundings. The village itself offers a wide range of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Dogs are welcome, provided you clean up thoroughly after them. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats.
As a tenant, you clean yourself and leave the houses in the condition you want to find them in. Please note: Bring towels and bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases), pillows and blankets are provided in the houses. We do not rent out sheets and towels. The house is located on a large plot with an unobstructed location so that you are not disturbed by tennis courts, parking lots or people. It is within bathing suit distance as a path goes from the house straight down to a child-friendly sandy beach and nice bathing rocks with a ladder by the sea. Hotell Havsbaden with its enormous SPA and fine restaurants, the Eckerö ferryline to Åland, Tennis and paddle courts - all this within a few minutes' walk. Here is also the fishing port with the Eckerölinjen ferry harbour with several daily trips to Åland. In the old fishing port there is a fish shop and two restaurants with full rights, and several clothing/accessories shops. A few minutes walk and you will find an ICA store, Vischans gourmet pizza & tarte and Café Bagarboden with freshly baked bread and lunches/coffee. Restaurant Leffe's kitchen serves delicious home cooking next to ICA. Restaurant 686 has a nice outdoor restaurant. On the other side of the village is Restaurant Ångbåtsbryggan right by the water. Here you will also find Grisslehamns Premium Resort and Marina with mini golf, restaurants, paddle and boat rentals etc. A little further from the fishing port towards the oldest part of the village is the famous swedish writer and artist Albert Engström's farm with a museum, Café Kalaset with full rights in an idyllic park, here you will also find Albert Engström's studio with a long, lovely sandy beach next to it. Other excursion destinations are the idyllic island of Singö (10 km), Väddö farm dairy with famous dairy, own cheeses and two restaurants. Kröns market garden with restaurant.
Charging for electric cars is available at Eckerölinjen's parking lot and at Grisslehamn's marina. Electric cars cannot be charged at the house.
