Renovated fresh summer cottage with beautiful natural area by the sea. Barely 10 minutes' walk to the lovely white beach in Sandviken, which is about 700 meters from the cottage. Cabin 55 m2 +guest cabin 13 m2 and a lovely glass-enclosed patio with a glass-enclosed fireplace both as a heat source and a cozy factor for long spring/summer & autumn evenings.
The accommodation
Very well planned and cozy cottage containing 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom & a large glass-enclosed patio. Furnished bright and fresh guest cabin adjacent to the cabin with a 140 cm bed.

Bedroom 1: Family bunk bed (80+120 cm),
Bedroom 2: Divisible double bed 160 cm.
Bedroom 3: Guest cottage, 140 cm bed.
Kitchen: Functional well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and stove/oven + dining area.
Living room: wooden floor, sofa group, glass-enclosed fireplace both as a heat source and cozy factor. TV with Swedish basic range & Apple TV.

Bathroom: WC/shower, underfloor heating. Washing machine in room with outside entrance.
Beautiful wooden deck with deckchairs in sheltered positions with sun all day.
Included in the rent: 4G broadband router.
3 ladies bikes. Gas grill. Blankets and pillows (towels and bed linen not included)
Final cleaning can be booked for a fee. Parking spaces on the plot.
