Tottvillan has a lovely lodge character and personal tasteful decor. It takes place in one of Åre nicest areas- Tottbacken.

The location is optimal there the hiking trails is just right outside the door, and you have at the same time just a short walk down to the Åre square.
On the winter time you have directly ski inn- ski out to the child friendly Tottliften, that takes you out to Åres ski system.

The downstairs apartment has 6 beds and is exclusive equipped with etc. espresso machine and has a balcony with south facing to the Åre lake and mountains.
Also open wood burning stove in the living room, ski and bike storage, heated garage and a big sauna with wonderful views over the mountains.

The basement offer heated garage their you have 1 car parking. If you come up with more cars, theres for sure more parking lots outside the garage too.
In the basement theres also a laundry, wall bench and storage for ski and bikes.
