This is a charming cottage on the islands highest point with a view that is stunning. The area of the land is 8000sqm will give you private space. You will have your own jetty, the water is 8m deep, the nature is un touched and you will find blueberries in the woods. Due to the house is on a top of an island your stay will involve stirs and steps.

The cottage is surrounded of many sqm wooden deck, here you will find lounge area and dining places.

You will find a trampoline, football goal, games, TV, dvd books- all sort of things to spend time with.

Direction
The island is trafficked by Vaxholmsbolaget the year around, both from Vaxholm and from Stockholm city centre. The boats will stop at the public jetty in the middle of the island, the walk to the cottage will take approx. 10 min. Closest food store you will find at Linanäsat Justerö. ( 10 min by private boat) or Vaxholm where you can get to by vaxholmbolagets boats- there are a few dep per day.

If you have your own boat there are a few restaurants in the near surrounding.
