A charming House near the Baltic Sea

This charming house is located close to the sea and the archipelago in Sandhamn, Torhamn, at the southeastern tip of Blekinge. It is a place with excellent opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and excursions in the beautiful surroundings. You can also take the archipelago boats “Ungskär” to the inhabited islands outside Torhamn, or “Vittus” to Karlskrona.
In fact, you hardly need to leave Torhamn at all. The village has both a shop and a pizzeria, and during summer there are no fewer than four restaurants to choose from in the nearby area.
Why not explore the Torhamn peninsula on foot or by bringing your own bicycle? There are several nature reserves here, crossed by beautiful hiking trails and offering wonderful opportunities for cycling trips in the scenic surroundings.
From the house to the sea and Sandhamn’s harbour on the east coast, with its restaurant, it is approximately 300 metres. The distance to the shop, which has generous opening hours, is 1 km, and to Torhamn’s picturesque harbour on the south coast it is 1.5 km. Next to the harbour you will find a popular bathing beach, kayak rental, an outdoor gym, and a restaurant.
The house has a large garden of 3,500 square metres. Facing south, there is a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The ground floor of the house is wheelchair accessible, and the entrance is equipped with a ramp. The large living room with TV (fibre connection and Chromecast) is open to the dining area. In the bedroom, there are two beds placed together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, as well as a generous range of kitchen utensils. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and WC, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
