With approximately 250 m² of living space, there is plenty of room for up to 8 guests. The house features four bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms and a separate guest toilet (2.5 bathrooms in total), a fully equipped kitchen, and several spacious living areas.

**The Lake & Outdoor Living**

From the large terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, share meals together, or simply relax in the sunshine.

The property has its own private dock, with opportunities for boating and fishing. It is the perfect place to experience the peace, beauty, and charm of the Swedish summer.
