Newly renovated cottage with lake views

We have recently renovated our stuga and are now offering it to holidaymakers seeking peace and relaxation.

The house has a spacious kitchen that opens onto the living room. Adjoining the living room is a bright conservatory offering views of Lake Västersjön. From the living room, you can access a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, which has a shower and toilet, is accessible via a small hallway; it is fitted with electric underfloor heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom has a large double bed, whilst the living room offers an additional sleeping option on a sofa bed. For cold days, the house can be heated using a wood-burning stove, a heat pump and electric heating.

The basement, accessible via a separate entrance, contains a washing machine.

The house comes with a fishing boat fitted with an outboard motor available for hire. A fishing licence is required for Lake Västersjön, which can be easily purchased via ifiske. Two bicycles, a charcoal barbecue and an electric barbecue are also provided.

The partly natural grounds feature several terraces where you can relax. The conservatory faces east, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful sunrise over Lake Västersjön.

The journey to Karlskrona and the archipelago takes 45 minutes; Kalmar is just under an hour away, and the journey to Öland takes just over an hour.
