Charming cottage from late 1800 in Uppland

Welcome to our lovingly restored cottage "Fredrikslund," dating back to the late 1800s, where traditional building materials and thoughtful details come together to create a genuine, homely atmosphere. Here you can settle into peace and quiet, with views over grazing sheep, a lush garden full of apple trees and berry bushes, and your very own boules court for cosy evenings. Pets are welcome 🐶

The cottage offers two bedrooms and a sleeping alcove spread across two floors. Upstairs, you'll find a living area with a sleeping alcove tucked behind blackout curtains, with a 100 cm bed, as well as the main bedroom with a 160 cm bed and lovely evening sun from the west. On the ground floor, the bedroom "Gamla Kontoret" (The Old Office) has a 140 cm bed and looks out over the garden to the east.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cosy little dining room just next door that opens onto the large patio. In the living room, a soft down-and-feather sofa awaits for some well-earned relaxation after a day outdoors, along with plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained.

The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, and a toilet.

In the garden, you can pick your own berries, enjoy a game of boules, or simply soak in the calm.
