Summer house located in beautiful Hälleviksstrand on Orust. Fantastic sea view and proximity to both salty swimming and beautiful nature with magnificent viewpoints. Modern stylish year-round house with full comfort and equipment, 2 bathrooms (shower and whirlpool bath respectively) and broadband. An accommodation for the individual couple who wants to create a little peace and quiet and a comfortable life, as well as for families with children who want to explore nature and swimming, and be a little more active. A place to simply enjoy and feel good. 4 separate bedrooms and two extra beds provide 10 sleeping places. Patio for coffee and meals both on the balcony with a mile-wide sea view, as well as a large wind-protected patio that can accommodate large groups. In less than 10 minutes' walk there is a nice swimming area for everyone. Sheltered sandy beach for the little ones, large pier and smooth rocks for sun worshippers, as well as trampolines at different heights for the more daring. Swimming school and sailing school are organized annually, with the possibility of renting sailing dinghies. There are excellent walking and running trails in the beautiful nature. There are several playgrounds (the nearest is 50 m away) with swings, climbing frames and slides as well as green areas for football or other activities. There is a boules court and outdoor ping pong, as well as a well-maintained tennis court for rent. You can easily reach several fine golf courses by car. In the community there is a cozy pub with food service, an ice cream kiosk that also has hamburgers etc. and other kiosk goods. A mini-market with the most essentials including freshly baked bread is also down by the harbor. Within walking distance there is Restaurant Stranna and a seaside Pizzeria with fantastic "real" Italian pizzas.
