Newly Built House –Seaside Location in Nösund

Welcome to cozy Nösund on Orust!

We are renting out our newly built house in Boxvik, just outside Nösund. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy everything the West Coast and Orust have to offer!

The house is situated on a slope about 300 meters from the sea, providing fantastic sea views. You are close to beautiful hiking trails, salty swims, a rural setting, and picturesque fishing villages such as Nösund (1 km), Mollösund (10 km), and Hälleviksstrand (5 km).

The house was completed in 2025 and features a modern design on 1.5 floors. It offers 4 bedrooms with 6+2 beds:
Bedroom 1, ground floor: Master Bedroom – 1.80 m bed. Wardrobes and window/patio door leading out to the large deck.
Bedroom 2, ground floor: Bunk bed (2x90 cm). Window/patio door leading out to the large deck.
Bedroom 3, upper floor: 1.60 m bed. Window overlooking the countryside.
Bedroom 4, upper floor: Daybed/sofa bed (2x80 cm).

The heart of the house is the spacious living room/kitchen on the entrance floor – it features a large dining area for up to 8 people, a cozy sofa section, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The room enjoys incredible natural light and has three patio doors opening onto the large, inviting terrace and the conservatory. From the living room, terrace, and conservatory, you have wonderful views of the sea and the rural surroundings.
Below the house is a simple swimming area (about 300 m). In Nösund (about 1 km), there are several great swimming spots with trampolines and sandy beaches.

We do not rent out to youths or for parties. Pets or smokers are not welcome.

We prioritize long-term rentals and generally do not rent for less than one week.

Prices 2026:
Low season January–May: 12,000 SEK/week
High season June–August: 16,000 SEK/week

Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the rent.
