The property consists of two houses: the Main Cottage (2 bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom) and the Guest House (2 single beds and its own washbasin).

The plot is quietly located with a grill, large wooden deck facing the sea, and a big trampoline for the children. Around the house you’ll find plums, cherries, wild strawberries and blueberries, and depending on the season, mushrooms in the nearby forest.

Nearby you’ll find Loftahammar Golf Club, offering golf, padel, disc golf and mini golf.
In Loftahammar, you’ll find a grocery store (ICA), Bosses Ice Cream Bar, marina, bakery, cafés, restaurants and a petrol station – everything you need for a comfortable summer week.
For excursions, visit Gamleby, Västervik, or take the boat Bella, which can bring you out among the beautiful islands of the Tjust Archipelago.

Källvik also offers many beautiful walking paths, and the view from Månberget hill is magical – at any time of day.

Guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can possibly be rented upon request).

Cleaning is done by guests before departure, or a cleaning service may be arranged if available.

Rented weekly from April to September.
Prices range from SEK 9,500 per week in low season to SEK 16,500 in high season.

Changeover day: Usually Saturday or Sunday, but some flexibility is possible depending on availability.
