Tucked away on a lush and spacious 1400 sqm garden plot behind the beloved Kaffestugan café in Böda, this delightful summer retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and central location. The house features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are four beds in total: one double bed in one room and two singles in the other. The living room also has a sofa bed that sleeps 1–2 additional guests.

The leafy garden is framed by lilac hedges and trellises, with several furnished outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy long summer days and warm evenings. There’s a barbecue, trampoline, ping pong table, dartboard, and more. Bicycles in varying condition are available to borrow. On the property, there’s also a large studio building that remains unoccupied during rental weeks—so you’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Indoors, you'll find games and movies for cozy evenings in.

Just a stone’s throw away is the charming Kaffestugan, open daily and offering its own bakery, Italian gelato, coffee roastery, and arguably the island’s best pizzas. ICA Böda grocery store is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The sea is only a few hundred meters from the cottage, within easy walking or biking distance. Here you’ll find some of Öland’s most beautiful beaches along the endless white sands of Bödabukten. In nearby Böda harbor, you’ll discover another beach, a guest marina, swimming from the pier, a seafood restaurant, and a fish shop.

From Böda, you’re close to many of northern Öland’s top attractions, including the sea stacks at Byrum, the enchanted forest nature reserve (Trollskogen), the Iron Age village in Skäftekärr, Långe Erik lighthouse, beaches and dining in Byxelkrok, farm dairies, flea markets, golf courses, and much more.

The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests. Minimum age for renters is 25 years. No smoking or pets allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning upon departure. Bed linens and towels are not included. Any damaged furniture or equipment must be replaced by the renter.
