Solviken - Sea plot in Sweden

On Norra Finnö in the Sankt Anna archipelago is this fantastic place where the water is about 20 meters from the house. The house of 225 square meters on one floor, which was once a children's colony, is suitable for the large family or group.
At the moment there are limited pictures as we are preparing the house. More pictures will be published as it becomes ready in the spring of 2025.
There is a bathroom, shower room, laundry room with tumbler and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. For the sake of the cozy factor, we have kept the iron stove in the kitchen.
The house has four bedrooms with the possibility of an extra bed and cot in two of them. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed and one of the rooms has a bunk bed. In the middle of the house there is a large gathering room, which continues out to a conservatory/porch with a view of the lake. There you can watch the sunrise while eating breakfast.
Parallel to the meeting room is a large TV room with sofas and a dining table with chairs.
Patios are available in various places around the house, in the garden and by the water. Grill is available on the patio outside the kitchen. There you can follow the sun from the morning until it sets in the evening.
On the plot, which is 3000 square meters, there is another house that is used privately at certain times during the year.
Wifi is included in the price. If you have an electric car, it is possible to charge at an extra cost. Sheets and towel sets can be rented at a cost of SEK 195/person during the stay.
