Welcome to wonderful Rönnäs and Sommen. A place to enjoy and recharge your batteries.

Here is the opportunity as I rent out a cozy and fresh cottage on a large plot near the lake. Two swimming areas are nearby. Sommen is a deep and beautiful lake with clean water.

The cottage has two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds.
Bedroom 1: Double bed 180cm
Bedroom 2: A single bed 90cm and a bunk bed with two 90cm beds. The lower bed has a box spring mattress.
Good mattresses in all beds.
It is also possible for us to fix an extra mattress (90cm or 120cm wide) if you need another bed.

Large glazed conservatory with dining table and wood-burning stove. Free firewood! Lovely view of the lake.

The terrace next to the conservatory. There are sun loungers, armchairs, tables, chairs and parasol. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Coffee maker, electric whisk, hand mixer and kettle. Toaster and waffle iron. Good set of glasses and plates.

Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hairdryer available.

Washing machine and dryer in the basement.

High chair available.

Wi-Fi available.

Small patio next to the entrance. There are tables, chairs, parasols and a grill.

Lovely plot with plenty of space for children to play. Enclosed with a wooden fence. Good for children and dogs.

If you want to bring your canoe/kayak, we have a place in the harbor in a canoe rack where you can put your canoe/kayak.

The cottage is located near two swimming areas. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk there. Since we also own the white cottage that is located below this one, you have access to your own dock and swimming area there. This is provided that no one else rents the white cottage or that you rent together with those who live in the white cottage.

We have an additional cottage that can be rented if you want to be two families here together. It is located just a few meters diagonally below this cabin. It is the white cabin in the pictures. Advertisement: #34313

There are many nice sights and viewpoints nearby.

Rental rules
For rent to adults over 25 years of age and families with children.
Adult dogs are welcome. The requirement is that they do not bite or urinate inside.
No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside if you pick up all cigarette butts.

You clean and leave the cottage as you rented it.

I would like to have personal contact over the phone with the person responsible for renting the cottage. Then we can agree on a time to meet for check-in.


N.B.! We take a deposit of SEK 1,000. If everything is in order in the house after your stay, you will get the money back.
