Newly built guesthouse in 2022, 2 bedrooms (one in the loft). Suitable for two adults and three children. Loft is more suitable for older children because of the ladder.
Bedroom with double bed (or two single beds) and bunk bed for one person, loft room with two single mattresses, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Underfloor heating on the ground floor, water and WIFI included in the rent.
Tv with Chromecast streaming only.
Toilet paper and utensils for kitchen and house cleaning are provided.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels to be brought by the guests.
Additional order of 1 set of bed linen and towel for SEK 125/person and rental period possible. This should be requested when booking.

The house should be cleaned before checking out.
Final cleaning possible with additional payment of SEK 500. This should be requested when booking.

The guest house is located next to a residential building and close to nature in the surrounding forest.
Free parking at the guest house.
Charging station for electric cars available.
Two bicycles to borrow.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property.
