Large cottage approx. 90 sqm, small cottage 20 sqm and lake cottage 16 sqm are at your disposal. Since the house is located in a bay, the location is very protected from wind. The property is located on a natural plot with pine, birch and some rocks. You can get to the house by car all the way where you can park a bit on the plot, there is room for 2-3 cars. (The property is located about 1 hour from Stockholm)

The summer cottage, small cottage and lake cottage are located a little distance from each other, which provides privacy if there are many of you. On the plot there are 4 different terraces with outdoor furniture and a large grill. 2 sea kayaks are available to borrow for free.

Bathroom with shower, water toilet and washing machine. (municipal water and sewage). Separate toilet is accessible from the master bedroom.
A newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen is offered with the usual kitchen equipment, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker.
Living room with large sofa and fireplace. The dining room has a beautiful view of the sea where 8-10 people can socialize at the same time.

The main cottage has 2 bedrooms - a double bed (2 people) and a bunk bed (2 people)
The small cottage has 2 bedrooms for 4 people. Water is drawn to the cottage.
The lake cottage is located right down by the water. Here 2 people can sleep in a double bed. (2 single beds that can be moved). There is a refrigerator and cold water is connected to the lake cottage.
A wood-fired sauna can be used if interested, then a certain amount of wood is included, which is enough for 2-3 sauna baths.

Non-smoking. No pets due to allergies.

The cottage is located 5 minutes walk from a larger seaside resort with a restaurant and large green areas. You can get to Oxelösund city center on foot, by bicycle or a short drive.
