Welcome to our beautiful house in the middle of the lovely fishing village of Skillinge in Österlen! The house is modern with preserved charm on an area of 89m². It houses 5 rooms spread over two floors. The bright colours, ceiling beams and wooden floors make you feel at home immediately.

On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, dining area for four people, a comfortable sofa and an armchair. The first bedroom is perfect for a child with one berth. Bedroom number two consists of a sofa bed in classic futon style. It easily accommodates two adults. The room also has an exit to the beautiful garden.

The kitchen is fresh and has good surfaces for cooking together. It consists of a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave. If you don't want to drink your morning coffee in the garden, to which there is an exit, there is also a kitchen table with three chairs. The washing machine is discreetly hidden in the scrub next to the kitchen.

The shower and toilet are in the fresh bathroom with an entrance from the hall.

The upper floor has a charming sloping ceiling as it was once an attic. Now there is a nice open area with a sofa bed and TV. This floor also houses the last, large bedroom. Here there is a lovely double bed for endearing and lazy mornings.

The garden is cozy and ostentatious with a lovely patio with space for four persons. There is also a bench to enjoy your coffee in the afternoon sun. Of course there are sun loungers, for those who don't want to go to the nearby beaches.

The house is located a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour of Skillinge, in the small alleys called strädder. There, the houses are close together in an idyllic environment. The nice harbour restaurant is about 250 mts away, further in the same direction as Skillinge Rökeri where you can get delicious fish for dinner, the rest of the ingredients can be bought at the grocery store located around the corner.

The nearest beach is within cycling distance, about 3km, at Spraggehusen, where a 20km long sandy beach begins that stretches down to Löderup beach. There are several nice swimming spots such as Borrby beach, Mälarhusen and Sandhammaren. All with white fine-grained, lovely sand.
