Deze accommodatie beschikt over de Stugknuten S-veiligheidsmarkering

De Stugknuten S-markering betekent dat uw verhuurder zijn best heeft gedaan om de gang van zaken zo veilig mogelijk te maken. U betaalt voor deze accommodatie per bank of creditcard als u uw reservering maakt. De huur wordt echter pas aan de verhuurder uitbetaald als u heeft uitgecheckt. Deze beveiliging is alleen van toepassing als de boeking en de betaling via het systeem van Stugknuten verlopen.

You will find our house between Åhus and Kivik and close to the nature reserve Friseboda and with miles long beach just 5 - 10 minutes walk away.

When booking only the headbuilding and maximum 2 person we give discount. We also can offer cleaning included for 150 euro. If you want linne and towels 10 euro per person.

The house includes a spacious guesthouse, is situated on a nature plot, approx 1500 m2. It has three terraces in different directions and a conservatory (with dining area) with sliding doors. There is garden furniture, sun longers, barbeque and outdoor fireplace. Wifi 4 G mobile

The house 50 m2 has:

- a living room with fireplace, sofa, two armchairs, TV, Dvd and radio.
- a bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and bureau.
- a well-equipped kitchen . No dishmaskin
- a dining area with 6 seats
- a bathroom with shower No washmaskin

The guesthoue 15 m2(accessible via the conservatories) has:

- a double bed 160 cm
- a bunk bed (2 beds of 90 cm
- a bureau

All beds are top quality and have good comfort.

The cottage has everything you need and is very thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. The large garden and the location in the middle of nature near a very long sandy beach is really perfect.
