This charming house, built around the turn of the century 1900 (1897), is situated in the higher part in the most popular part of Lysekil, "Gamlestan" (Old Town), where You have a fantastic view over the town and the sea. Your own patio with a charcoal grill, sheltered in a sunny spot in front of the house. Two minutes walk from the centre, bath and "Norra Hamnens" popular restaurants. Free parking nearby. The house consists downstairs of one living room, kitchen and a bathroom, upstairs one bedroom with a double bed and two sleeping alcoves with single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, refurbished with good standard. Ceramic stove with own, fridge with freeze, dishwasher, micro, coffee machine, shower, toilet, washing/drying machine etc, everything in where good condition. In the living room there is a new sofa bed which with a simple grip converts into a comfortable double bed. 42" smart-TV, dvd, video games, parlour games, free wifi and Netflix if You want to spend some time indoors. One parking lot at the house.

No smoking or pets due allergy. Bed linen and bathroom towels not included.
