Holiday house on Osterlen, near sandy beaches

Borrby is called Osterlens heart and is a lovely village between Ystad and Simrishamn close to the major tourist attractions Glimmingehus, Ales stones, The Kings Tomb and Bornholm. Here are gorgeous miles of sand-beaches with white sand and dunes just 4 km from us. In Borrby you will find a good supermarket, pharmacy, riding school, tennis court, pizzeria, coffee shop, playground, etc. The house is painted white inside and has 5 rooms, kitchen and a bathroom (92 sqm). Three rooms downstairs and two rooms upstairs. The house is just right for two families one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor with a shared kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower etc. or for a larger group of people. The house is equipped with 6 beds and two sofa beds + 2 extra beds if necessary (In total 8 +2 beds). It has a modern kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a laundry room in the hall at the entrance to the back yard. It is a charming house from the 1700s and it is therefore low to the roof downstairs in some places. The first floor is completely renovated and a wing against the back of the house is brand new. In the newly built wing with access to the back yard there is a relax room with 8 chairs. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. If needed there is small guest house for two persons in the garden.
