Cottage, close to the beach, in Kvarnsand, Grissle

Classic summer cottage with a glimpse of the sea of Åland, with a shallow and child friendly
beach as well as rocks just around the corner.
The cottage contains one bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed, kitchen with a dining
table (with room for at least four people), living room with a sofa bed (which can be
converted into a 140 cm wide bed), armchair, TV (incl. the base offering and google
chromecast) and a fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave
oven, porcelain, utensils etc. The bathroom includes a shower, vacuum toilet, and a small
washing machine.
The cottage has two furnished outdoor terraces (one without cover and one with cover) with
a grill.

GUEST COTTAGE
Next to the main cottage is an uninsulated guest cottage with a double bed which can be
converted into two single beds.

SURROUNDINGS AND ENVIROMENT
A quiet location approximately 150 meters from Kvarnsand beach and adjacent to
Roslagsleden. Kvarnsand is also a popular sport fishing area for sea trout.
The closest society is Grisslehamn with a fish store, gas station, grocery store, restaurants,
cafes, bakery, Edblad (interior and clothing store), Hotel Havsbaden with a large spa facility,
Eckerö Linjen, ice cream stand, miniature golf course, tennis course, padel, sailing school and the
Albert Engström museum and studio.
For the golfer you can find two golf courses within 14 kilometres from Kvarnsand.

GOOD TO KNOW
Final cleaning is done by the guest. Poor cleaning is charged with SEK 1,500.

Small pets can be allowed after consultation with the cottage owner.
