Beach house with high standard next to the shoreline. Located on a private area by
the lake Mjörn with a beautiful 180 degree panorama view spreading over the lake.
The house has a western aspect so that you can experience beautiful sunsets over
the lake. In front of the house is a terrace equipped with garden furniture with the
possibility of sun from the morning to the evening. The backside of the house is
embedded in verdure. Here you can live in harmony with the lake and the nature
and still be close to everything you will ever need. The surroundings is a nature
area with sparse small buildings. There are a lot of promenades with beautiful
nature sceneries. The lake is rich of fish such as trout, pike and perch. Many
excellent golf courses are located in the area.
The house is tastefully decorated in light colours with an open design and includes:
-Living room with panoramic windows over the lake, stereo, CD, flat screen tv,
satellite with the Astra channels, DVD.
-Internet: WiFi in house.
-Kitchen decorated in oak tree and white, equipped with: oven, induction stove,
fan, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and coffee percolator. A
dining table for six persons. Fully equipped with household utensils.
-3 bedrooms with 2 beds each.
-Laundry with washing machine, dryer, sink and possibility to iron clothes.
-Fully tiled bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin, heated floor and towel dryer.
-All rooms have parquet floors except the bathroom and laundry which has tiled
floor.
- Air conditioning.
- The area of the house is 110 m2.
Located 10 meters from the water and has a nature garden with own shore by the
wonderful and clear lake. During the boat season there is a rowboat that you may
borrow without extra costs. It´s designed and equipped for a maximum of 6
guests. No pets or smoking are allowed. We guarantee you a well cleaned house
when you arrive.
Arrival and departure dates: April to October only full weeks from Saturday to
Saturday. November-March minimum 3 nights with optional arrival day.
The house is available for renting all seasons.

-There is a big supermarket (ICA MAXI) 7 km from the house. It is open 7 days a
week 7.00 – 22.00 (even on Saturday and Sunday). Here you can buy everything
that you need.
-About 10-15 minute drive from the House, is Sweden´s largest golf facility

town idyll Alingsås. From here you can reach several other cities in west
Sweden
within 1 hour drive away, for example: Borås, Skara, Falköping,
Trollhättan,
Uddevalla, Kungälv, Kungsbacka and to Gothenburg City Centre takes
about
30
minutes by car.
The house is located 2 km from E20 and 1,5 km to the shuttle station.
