Cozy personal wooden house with large windows overlooking the horse paddock and about 500 meters to the sea and the community's two beaches. The house has a garden with a sauna and a larger terrace with an outdoor kitchen with an exit from the living room.

Downstairs in the house has an open floor plan with a brand new wooden kitchen that flows into the family room with large windows and light letting in the greenery outside. The stove is centrally located in the room. The terrace is accessed via double glass doors and also has an outdoor kitchen, both smaller grills and a larger grill/smoker. The three bedrooms upstairs all have views of the forest and treetops. The house has two toilets, one of which is a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs there is also a TV room and a long sofa. Parking is available outside the house.

Betsedevägen is scenically inclined with proximity to both sea bathing in Betsedeviken, swimming lake Ösby Träsk, woodlands and hiking trails. Within easy walking distance there are two combined swimming areas which are linked by a beautiful beach promenade. Via Betsedeviken you reach Stockholm's inlet with popular destinations such as Vaxholm and Rindö. Along Sofielundsvägen runs the Värmöleden, a popular hiking trail, which connects the area with Mörtnäs in the east and Norra Lagnö in the west for a further walk to the Nacka reserve. Along Aspviksvägen there is a bus stop for transport to Gustavsberg and Stockholm.

In Gustavsberg there is a local center with amenities such as a grocery store, post office, pharmacy, bank, cafes, bakery and restaurants. There is also a swimming pool with gym and adventure pool, sports hall, tennis hall, skate park. Both Mölnvik Centrum and Värmdö Marknad are about 5 km away and are larger shopping centres. The Archipelago art museum is approximately 8 km away. The centre of Stockholm is about 20 minutes by car.
