Nice summerhouse in Bingsmarken 200 meters from the fantastic beach and a new big bathing pier.
Close to a playground, golf, minigolf, tennis, paddel, restaurants and a grocery store.

One bedroom has 2 beds, the other bedroom has a bunkbed and a bed. There is also a guest house with two extra beds, that can be rented for 1000 kr extra per week.

On the porch you sit under a roof outside if it would rain. But the beach and the bathing pier is only 200 meters away!

Along the south coast there are many smaller shops and galleries. You can pick strawberries about 3 km from the house. Smygehamn is also a nice place to visit within biking distance.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Ystad is 25 minutes away by car.
Trelleborg 20 minutes by car.

The buses are almost as fast, they go very often and stop close to the house.With Skånetrafiken's "Sommarkort"you can travel around Skåne very cheap all summer. You can lend your card to your friends.

Seasons and price range

Price per week from 5000 SEK

Price per week to 8000 SEK

8000 kr week 25 - 34, only full weeks, Saturday 14:00 to Saturday 11:00.

5000 kr all other weeks.

If you want to also rent the guest house, with 2 extra beds, it can be booked for an extra fee of SEK 1000 per week.

Bed linen and towels are not included. If you don't want to clean before your departure this can be booked for an extra fee of SEK 1000.
