The all-encompassing common room merges in with the kitchen in this gorgeous open plan style, and has a glassed fireplace located centrally in the room. There is also a new sofa bed which turns in to a comfortable 160x200 cm bed. The TV and dining furniture is also part of the common room and you can enter the outdoor deck from this room. The south facing deck is comfortably furnished and for slightly chiller nights you can turn on the outdoor heater.
The kitchen is well-equipped with sufficient working areas. The bedroom has a double bed with a medium hard mattress (160x200cm) as well a s a single bed with a soft mattress (80x200cm). You can enter the lovely outdoor deck directly from the bedroom as well.
Adjacent to the property’s west facing deck, you will find the small guesthouse which you can rent for additional 1500 SEK / week. It is equipped with a broad single bed and a bunkbed. The mattresses in the bunk bed are thick foam and measures 90x200cm each.
The sweet little sauna building in located in the garden. With its own private and secluded deck and outdoor shower, this is your very own oasis during the relaxing summer days. The sun will linger late in to the evenings, and there is an additional free-standing deck and boule track here as well.
The area is made up by both permanent and holiday homes. The property is located nearby a public sandy beach and a dock, where the property owner keeps a stable rowing boat, equipped with a 15-horsepower engine. This boat is available for rent to guest with previous boat experience. Additionally, you will find endless of cycling and walking trails along the ocean as well as in the forest. Tennis courts, outdoor gym and other walking trails are all within walking distance of the house.
This is the perfect accommodation for the wonderful archipelago and leisure life. But still very close to Stockholm as well as other service points (grocery stores and restaurants). Located centrally on Värmdö with excellent public transport options within Värmdö and in to Stockholm.
Stockholm is located 30 kilometres from the property, 30 minutes by bus / car.
