Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 * 200 cm. Bedroom 2 is a large sleeping loft with 4 beds of which 2 in double bed and 2 single beds.
Kitchen with adjoining dining area in living room.
Bathroom with shower, WC and small steam sauna.

The plot is large and faces the forest. Unobstructed patio facing south, terrace facing west. Quiet cottage area with direct proximity to beautiful archipelago nature and sea. At 5 min walking distance through the forest there are nice bathing cliffs. Child-friendly sandy beach is a few more minutes walk from the house. Free fishing with rod. Nice bike and walking paths,

The guest house (friggebod) can accommodate 2 beds (bunk bed) is included week 25-35.
Distance mini life about 1.5 km, Service resort Djurhamn center about 7 km. Regular boat pier Sollenkroka about 1.5 km

RYDS 465, Yamaha 15 hp: SEK 4.000 /w . Deposition SEK 1.800
Life jackets included.

Private boat mooring on request.

Guest house SEK 1500 / week on request (included week 25-35)
Final cleaning main house SEK 1.000.
Cleaning of guesthouse SEK 300.

Low/middle season; weekend min. 2 nights at request.
