The house has 4 bedrooms, one large room with a well equipped kitchen, dining area for up to 10 persons, a fireplace heating stove, TV with the free channels 1, 2, 4, 6 and a large sofa, hallway, toilet, shower and sauna (wooden heated by the lake) and a guest room with a double bed.

Number of berths: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 berths), 1 bedroom with a 140cm. bed for 1 – 2 persons, together with a 90cm. single bed, guest room with 2 double beds

Size: 70m² + 40m² basement/recreation room

This is available in the kitchen: cooker with oven, micro, fridge, freezer, waffle iron, coffee percolator, electric kettle, glass and chinaware for up to 10 - 12 persons. During winter, a maximum of 10 persons, during summer a maximum of 12 persons.

The house is scenically located by the Lake Storsjön (25 mts). To Hallen it takes 4 minutes by car, and there is also an ICA supermarket together with an unmanned petrol station.
Winter
It you want to go skiing in winter, it is about 25 minutes by car to Bydalsfjällen. It is possible to go by snowmobile from the house to Bydalen via snowmobile tracks. Or you will stay at the house and go ice fishing on the lake.

Summer & Autumn
Very nice fishing water in Lake Storsjön or nearby river Dammån in the area.

We don't want smokers in the house, but pets are welcome after agreement.
