Older and homely house on the countryside circa 12km from Gekås Ullared. Possibilities for forest walks and for children to play freely. Swings and sand box available.
Four rooms, three bedrooms, one on the upper floor. Steep stairway.
In the all-purpose room/living room there’s room for everybody, Swedish TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, possibilities for a fire in the wood stove in the kitchen and in a tiled fireplace heating stove in the living room.
In the bathroom a shower and a washing machine are available.
Patio with a barbeque on the ground plot.
The house was built during the end of 1790.

Directions:
From Ullared drive towards Varberg on road 153 circa 2km.
Turn right at sign Källsjö 8, drive up to Källsjö and continue towards Karl Gustav about 1,5km. At the sign Hällkista turn left, second house on your left hand side.
