Cosy cottage with private beach

The cottage lies in a peaceful spot, it has its own private beach and bridge on lake Näsölen. It is only 20m to the waters edge. The cottage is overlooking the lake with amazing sunsets and it´s close to the forest which has a rich fauna and flora. The house owner, has among other things a popular design studio and herb garden in Dals Rostock which are well worth a visit. Dals Rostock has an old history as a health resort.
The holiday cottage is 80 sq.m. built of wood and insulated for all round the year use. The cottage has, electric heating as well as a wood burning stove. From the cottage there are panoramic views of the lake. The natural garden is 1,200 sq.m. There are 2 parking spaces. Dogs are allowed on the condition that they do not stay in the furniture and that you clean extra carefully.
The cottage dates from around 1940 and was completely re-built in 1973 and renovated in 2014.
There are 3 bedrooms and beds for 6 people.
The kitchen has both electric stove and a wood stove, hot and cold running water, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer (60 litres), coffee percolator and a kettle. The bathroom has a wash basin, shower and a biological toilet, there is also a privy outside. A vacuum cleaner is provided. Electricity is included in the rental price between the weeks 23 - 35. For the remaining weeks the cost of electricity will be added. There is garden furniture and a grill.There is also the use of a rowing boat, a canoe and a separate area for cutting and cleaning fish.
The cottage is only let for holidays. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

From Gothenburg: take E45 towards Karlstad. In Mellerud turn left in the second roundabout, road 166 towards Dals Rostock and Halden. The cottage is situated by the lake Näsölen north from Dals Rostock. You can get a more detailed description from the house owner when booking.
