Hall: You are greeted in the hallway of an open plan with views right through the
house and with great windows overlooking the slopes. In the hallway there is a
hat
rack, shoe racks and a place built pjäxhylla and a tiled floor with underfloor
heating.
Bath: 2 tiled bathrooms with spotlights, two showers, two sinks, a jacuzzi and a
spacious sauna and drying cabinet.
Bedroom 1 and 2: two bedrooms with a family bed, ie a 140 cm bed on the
bottom
and a 90 cm bed above. Bedroom 3: Master bedroom, a bedroom with lovely
windows and closets. Double 180cm.
Large living room: A lovely room with high ceilings and a magnificent view. A
large
beautiful sofa a 50 inch flat screen TV.
Loft room: A lovely place over the rooftops! The room has large windows down to
the living room and magnificent views of the Åre Björnen. 3+3 beds 120/90 cm, 32
inch
TV here, there is room for kids & games.
Storage / skidbod: A good storage space for skies or baby stroller.
Patio: outdoor spa for cozy evenings. Extra charge for the outdoor spa 1500:- /week.

Excellent 4G coverage is available in the area.

Electric car charging via Easee charging box is included in the rental amount,
you need your own Type 2 cable.

Bed linen is not included

Cleaning of the cabin is 1600SEK.

Directions:
Head for Åre, about 1 km before Åre turn towards Bear ski area. Run into the cabin
area and cottage area Falken. The house has five numbers in this area.
