Cosy grown up garden in south with a couple of terraces and some with marine view.
The house is an all-the-year-round-living with about 70 new repaired square meters in
country stile, with entirely equipped cuisine with food place and fridge / freezer,
stove with oven, microwave, dish machine and living room and bedrooms for 2
persons and new tiled bathroom with washing machine. WiFi installed. Wake up in the morning
with view over the sea.
Along the narrow lot, one can go for a walk down to the own concrete beach, that
not majority finds to. Low waters the first approximately 20 meters and no
dangerous marine powers.

Upstairs is not available

The house can be rented weekly during the high season but also weekends during
the flame season.

Smoke free.
Not domestic animals.

Sheets and towels do not be included, can however hires.
Cleaning is not included, can however be done for compensation
Mens and Womens bike in good condition can be rented.

Access to the swimming jetty for a lovely bath, about 10 minutes walking distance.
Shop directly from the farmer - Böste Grönsaker, north of the coastal road (about 10 min walking distance).

On bike distance You find Smygehuk, Swedens most southerners isthmus with
restaurants and fish-smoke-house and also bakery with new batch take buns in the
morning.
A majority golf clubs finds one within approximately 15 minutes distances with car.

Vicinity to bigger town. With car, one takes itself to Trelleborg on approximately 10
minutes, Malmö approximately 40 minutes and Copenhagen approximately 55
minutes.
