The charming house is an authentic 19th century Swedish cottage that has been carefully renovated and updated with all the modern facilities and appliances that you’ve come to expect (WC, shower, washing machine, microwave owen, dishwasher), with a big garden with fruit trees. WIFI with fiber.

At 180 square meters it’s very spacious and can sleep up to 6+1 people.
The house also has a roof covered wooden deck that let’s you enjoy all your meals outside if you want, and it’s perfect for barbeques and drinks.
The house is locaded on a charming island called Resarö, 45min from Stockholm Airport.

Living room: 2 sofa, fireplace, 42" TV and Wii.
Kitchen: Separate refrigerator and freezer, stove ,oven, Nespresso-machine, dining table for 8 persons

Glass-enclosed veranda: table for 4 persons

A 3 min walk to a small beach. 10 min to a grocerystore. Walking distance to tennis and boule.

Close to Stockholm, 30 min by car, 35 by bus and about an hour by ferry. Vaxholm (5km) have lot´s of shops and good restaurants. Most of the boats going into the archipelago leaves from Vaxholm
to Grinda, Finnhamn, Sandhamn etc.
