Slamrekullen - Ullared

Slamrekullen is nestled in the forest, just 10 km from Ullared. Built in 2014, the house is designed as a cozy two-floors apartment,
spanning 65 square meters, complete with a sleeping loft.

The Accommodation.
On the ground floor, you will find a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and most kitchen essentials you might need.
There is also a wood-burning stove in the kitchen area, perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere on dark, cold evenings.
The spacious bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.
The sleeping loft accommodates three beds: one double bed (180 cm) and one extra bed (90 cm).
Air conditioning is also available on the loft from May through September.
The house is equipped with a TV featuring both Swedish and English channels.
At the back of the house, there is your private lawn and a paved patio with outdoor furniture, offering complete privacy and beautiful forest view.
Towels, bed linen, firewood, Wi-Fi, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the price.

Guest Access
Our guests have full access to the entire cottage, the patio with outdoor furniture, and the beautiful surrounding nature.
We live in the house next door and are usually available at some point during the day.
We speak English and German.

Other Things to Note
• Mosquito Protection: A Thermacell mosquito repellent is available for our guests to ensure you can enjoy the summer evenings pest-free.
• Comfort: Blackout curtains are fitted on the windows.
• Life jackets are available to borrow, and the boat is in the lake from May to September.
• Safety Around the Property: Please note that there are uneven elevation changes outside the house, as well as a large pond without railings.
Inside, the stairs have a handrail on one side, and the wood-burning stove does not have a safety guard.

When it is time for your stay, you will receive the following information in our welcome email:
"Welcome to Slamrekullen!
We want your stay with us to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
The beds will be freshly made for your arrival. Fresh towels (both large and small) are provided, along with replacements.
The bathroom is stocked with soap and toilet paper, and features a hairdryer, an electrical outlet, and plenty of drawers and cabinets for your convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils and cookware you will need (if you are wondering about anything specific, please just ask!).
You will also find salt, sugar, pepper, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic bags, and dishwashing supplies. You won’t need to bring any of the kitchen basics.
At the back of the house, completely secluded and facing the forest, you have your own private patio with outdoor furniture.
A gas grill is available here during the summer season (May – September).
May through September are also the months when our boat is in the lake, and when air conditioning is available on the second floor.
Our goal is for you to simply unpack and start enjoying your stay right away, without any hassle.
Bedding, towels, firewood, electricity, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning are all included in the price.
