The house is set in peaceful, leafy surroundings and offers a wonderful combination of comfort, privacy and genuine Swedish summer charm. Start the day with breakfast in the bright glazed sunroom, take a walk to the nearby beach or marina, and end the evening relaxing in the private hot tub.

The accommodation

The house is bright, welcoming and thoughtfully decorated in a Scandinavian style, with plenty of space for both relaxation and spending time together.
The year-round accommodation is 54 sqm + a 14 sqm guest house. The glazed-in terrace, suitable for spring and autumn, is 24 sqm.

The spacious living room and kitchen form the natural heart of the house. The well-equipped kitchen includes a pleasant dining area where family and friends can gather for shared meals.

The accommodation offers two cosy bedrooms and a guest cottage:

- One large bedroom with a double bed, pleasant colours and generous storage space
- One smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (140 cm + 90 cm), perfect for children or additional guests
- The guest cottage has a double bed (105 cm + 105 cm), perfect for older children or additional guests

There is also a fresh, tiled bathroom with a shower.

The glazed sunroom extends the summer season and offers several lovely spaces for dining, socialising and relaxing – whatever the weather.

Something extra

One of the true highlights of the property is the private hot tub. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, on the water or exploring the surrounding area.

The lush garden provides plenty of opportunities for sunny days, barbecue evenings and peaceful moments outdoors. The surroundings are characterised by greenery, water and an authentic Swedish summer atmosphere.

Beach, marina and nature

A beautiful swimming area and a charming marina can be found nearby. Here, you can enjoy swimming, walks, nature experiences and peaceful days by the water. There is a rowboat to borrow and 4 bikes.
