The house offers plenty of space to play, relax and spend time together. The living room is spacious and open, with access to a glass-enclosed sunroom that can be opened up. The sunroom has heating and is perfect for cosy evenings when the Swedish summer weather can turn a little cooler.

The larger bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed, a large wardrobe and a workspace for anyone who needs to do a little work during their holiday. The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed with a 140 cm wide bed and a 90 cm wide bed, comfortably sleeping three people in total. There is also a spacious wardrobe. In the sofa bed in the living room an additional two people can sleep comfortable.

The kitchen and the rest of the interior, apart from the bathroom, were renovated in summer 2026.

The large garden enjoys sunshine from morning to evening and has a large trampoline for the children.

The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, while shops and a restaurant are just a 5 minute walk. For golf lovers, Halmstad Golf Club and Ringenäs Golf Club are around 3 km away.
