The house is situated on a spacious property with plenty of room for playing, relaxing and spending time together. Right next door you will find the well-known local country store in Sannerud, while beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings are always just around the corner.

This is the perfect base for exploring Tiveden. Tiveden National Park, with its enchanting old-growth forest, dramatic rock formations and fantastic hiking trails, is within easy reach. The surrounding area also offers beautiful swimming spots, cycling routes, fishing and countless opportunities for those who enjoy spending time outdoors.

For a day trip, the charming summer towns of Askersund and Karlsborg are both within easy reach. Here you can enjoy plenty of things to see and do while still being far enough away from the crowds to relax, unwind and enjoy peaceful evenings overlooking Lake Unden.

The house has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Two of the bedrooms have large double beds. The third bedroom features a custom-built bunk bed with two spacious 140 cm wide beds.

With three separate bedrooms, the house is ideal for a larger family, two families travelling together or a group of friends.

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay throughout the year. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi via broadband, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing machine. On cooler evenings, you can light a fire in the fireplace, while geothermal heating keeps the house warm and comfortable during the colder months.

Outside, the large garden offers plenty of space for children to play and for long summer days outdoors. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco meals, as well as parking at the property.

Lake Unden just a few hundred metres away

A private road from the property leads down towards Lake Unden, just a few hundred metres from the house.

Unden is known for its exceptionally clear water and is a wonderful place for swimming, canoeing and fishing. A canoe is available at the house, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the lake.

Start the day with a morning swim, spend an afternoon paddling across the lake or simply take an evening walk down towards the water.

For those who want to combine relaxing days with excursions, there is plenty to discover in the area. Tiveden National Park is an obvious highlight, while Lake Unden is also home to beautiful places such as Vitsand and Djäknesundet.

The picturesque town of Askersund with its beautiful harbour and Karlsborg on the shores of Lake Vättern are both perfect for day trips.
