Welcome to our charming holiday home in a beautiful location by the Ljusnan River – perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy Järvsö all year round. The house offers lovely views of the water, with a small beach only about 100 metres away, while Järvsö and the ski slopes are just around a 10-minute drive away.

Whether you are planning an active skiing or mountain biking holiday or a relaxing summer week filled with swimming, nature and peaceful evenings by the fireplace, this is a great base for discovering everything Järvsö has to offer.

The property consists of a main house and a separate guest cottage, making it particularly suitable for two families or a larger group travelling together.

The main house has two bedrooms:

one bedroom with a double bed
one bedroom with a family bunk bed

The separate guest cottage has:

one double bed
one additional 120 cm wide bed above

The house has a newly renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace and everything you need for a comfortable stay, including longer holidays. Free parking is available on the property.

Close to both Järvsö and the Ljusnan River

The location makes it easy to combine all the activities of Järvsö with the peace and quiet of staying by the water.

In winter, Järvsö and its ski slopes are only around 10 minutes away by car. After a day on the slopes, return to the house, light the fire and relax overlooking the Ljusnan River.

During spring, summer and autumn, Järvsö offers excellent mountain biking, hiking and outdoor activities. From the house, it is only about 100 metres down to the river and a small beach – perfect for a morning swim or a relaxing summer day by the water.

Orbaden, famous for its long sandy beach, beautiful surroundings and restaurant, is also just a short drive away.
