At the end of the quiet street, you'll find private parking and a grassy area perfect for children to play, along with beautiful sea views from the moment you arrive.

The villa welcomes you with an entrance hall offering space for coats and shoes, as well as built-in wardrobes. From the hallway, you'll find a newly renovated bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The spacious modern kitchen features a large dining table seating up to eight guests, positioned by windows with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, pantry, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all standard kitchen essentials, along with generous storage and work surfaces.

The living room offers sea-facing windows and treetop views, along with a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a 160 cm double bed.

Bedroom 1 is accessed from the kitchen and features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2, accessed from the living room, offers two single beds (80 cm each) and a workspace with a desk (no Wi-Fi available).

A baby cot can be arranged upon request.

The villa is situated in an elevated position and features two terraces, a barbecue grill, and several outdoor seating and lounge areas, allowing you to fully enjoy the stunning surroundings.
