Welcome to our charming summer cottage in Södernäs, Värmdö, where the tranquility of the Stockholm archipelago meets the convenience of the city.

Surrounded by forest and nature, the cottage is just a five-minute walk from a beautiful family-friendly beach. The shallow sandy beach is perfect for children and offers a playground, swings, a football field, and large grassy areas for games and picnics.

The beach's west-facing location offers warm evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Light the barbecue at the communal fire pit, enjoy a peaceful evening, and finish the day with a refreshing swim from the pier before strolling back to the cottage.

The cottage is 62 square metres and accommodates up to three guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Two outdoor terraces allow you to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing barbecue after a day at the beach.

Despite its peaceful location, Stockholm city centre is only a 35-minute drive away. Vaxholm can be reached in around 30 minutes, while Siggesta Gård and two golf courses are just a short drive away.

The cottage is especially well suited for couples or small families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the sea, nature, and the beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
