Welcome to a charming newly built house in the scenic Öregrund. Here you can enjoy a fantastic environment with just a few minutes' walk to swimming spots, and a 5-minute drive to Öregrund's center with its cozy restaurants, cafés, bars, and guest harbor. This accommodation combines the tranquility of nature with the charm of a small town. There is also nearby undisturbed forest, perfect for hiking or picking mushrooms and berries. There are also nearby activities such as tennis, padel, gym, golf, canoeing, fishing, and equipment for sports and games on the property is included (croquet/kubb/badminton/volleyball and football).

The house is winter-ready and has fresh standard with a large kitchen including dining area, three bedrooms, one with a double bed. WC, shower, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer. A large terrace with a covered lounge. The house and property offer privacy and seclusion, yet are close to all entertainment and conveniences.

The guest is expected to clean the house according to a list provided in the house and leave
