Lakefront Home with Private Jetty – Stockholm

The house is located on a waterfront property by Lake Drevviken, within the City of Stockholm. It has its own private jetty with a swimming ladder, a small rowing boat and one stand-up paddleboard (SUP). Five life jackets are available to borrow. The jetty enjoys a sunny position from morning until evening. A small sandy beach, shared by the local community association, is also located approximately 200 metres from the house. During the summer, the water temperature is normally around 20–23 °C.

The location makes it easy to combine swimming with sightseeing in Stockholm. Djurgården, home to Gröna Lund, Skansen, Junibacken and the Vasa Museum, is about 30 minutes away by car. Central Stockholm can also be reached in approximately 35 minutes by public transport, and the nearest bus stop is about 200 metres from the house. Farsta Centre, with restaurants, shops and other services, is approximately 5 minutes away.

The house is 160 m² and has four bedrooms accommodating a total of 6–7 guests. It features a spacious living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a separate shower/laundry room with a sauna, and a guest WC. Outside there is a furnished terrace and a glazed conservatory with a small table and a sofa, which can also be enjoyed on cooler evenings. The driveway has space for 2–3 cars and an EV charging station.

We rent the house on a weekly basis upon request. This is our private home rather than a purpose-built holiday rental. It is located in a small residential community in a quiet neighbourhood. We welcome families and other responsible guests who appreciate a well-maintained home and will treat it with care.

The house is best suited to a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Enjoying a glass of wine on the jetty or the terrace on a summer evening is, of course, part of the experience, but the house is not suitable for parties, larger gatherings or party groups.

For the comfort of both our home and future guests, pets are not permitted.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, EV charging, Wi-Fi and Netflix are all included in the rental price.

Before your stay, we empty the refrigerator, freezer and wardrobes to provide plenty of space for your own food and belongings. The garage and one storage room are not available to guests, as they are used for our private storage.
