The apartment is located one flight of stairs below ground level, is completely separate from the rest of the house, and has its own private entrance. The accommodation is situated in a quiet, family-friendly area with a public playground right across from the house. This offers you a perfect and fully private base for exploring Visby and the rest of Gotland!

The entire guest accommodation is completely separated from the rest of the house. You have your own private parking space on your side of the house, and next to the parking area there is a sheltered outdoor corner with a table and chairs where you can sit in complete privacy and enjoy pleasant summer evenings.

The apartment accommodates up to 3 people and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a practical kitchenette.

• Number of guests: Up to 3 people.
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm).
• Bedroom 2: Single bed (90 cm).
• Bathroom: Private bathroom equipped with a washing machine.
• Kitchen: Kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Dining area included. (A separate freezer is also available in the accommodation.)
• Living room: Armchairs, TV (SVT channels as well as USB/HDMI ports for your own media player) and a freezer placed in the corner.
• Internet: Free Wi-Fi (speed and coverage may vary).
• Parking: Private parking space for up to two cars in a row (completely separate from the host’s parking).

Practical information & rules:
• Rental: Only full weeks, Sunday to Sunday.
• Pets & smoking: Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.
• Bed linen & towels: To be brought by guests. Can be rented for 150 SEK/person (please notify when booking).
• Final cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. All cleaning equipment and clear instructions are provided on site. Final cleaning can be purchased for 800 SEK (please notify when booking).
