Adjoining the kitchen area is a living space with a light-grey corner sofa that doubles as a sofa bed for 1–2 people.
The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a vanity unit with a sink, a shower enclosure, and wardrobes.
Laundry facilities are available in the adjacent apartment building.

Tenants bring their own bed linen and towels.
Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for 1,500 SEK.

No parties or similar disturbances out of consideration for the neighbors.
The tenant is responsible for taking good care of the apartment and its furnishings.
The tenant will be held liable for any damage or abnormal wear and tear caused by you or your guests.
