Welcome to a cozy older guest house of approximately 40 m², located in an idyllic and relaxing setting near the river, 7–8 km south of Umeå. Close to Umeå Airport (3 minutes away), less than 10 minutes from central Umeå. Avion shopping center is only 5 minutes away.

Pets are welcome!

The house is situated close to the main residence on the property and is rented out to guests who want to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay while still being close to the city.

Towels are provided, and the accommodation will be fully prepared and made up for your arrival.

The accommodation

The accommodation consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm), overlooking the driveway. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, basic kitchen utensils, a dining table, and chairs with a view of the garden. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine.

The house was built in the 1980s and has served as an additional rental house for the previous owners. It has its quirks, and there is some minor unevenness and slight tilting in certain areas.
