Welcome to our bright and spacious home in beautiful Skanör, available for rent from 22 June to 1 July 2026.
The house is a fully renovated semi-detached home of 153 square metres, situated on a peaceful corner plot next to Hagaskogen forest. It offers plenty of space for a family or a smaller group, with the entire house and garden available exclusively to guests.
The white sandy beaches of Skanör and Falsterbo, Skanör harbour, restaurants, cafés and the town centre are all within easy cycling distance.
The house
On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV. Windows in several directions provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant space for relaxing and spending time together.
The fully equipped kitchen offers generous work surfaces, a kitchen island and modern appliances, including:
Induction hob and oven
Microwave
Fridge and freezer
Dishwasher
Coffee maker and standard kitchen equipment
Next to the kitchen is a large and bright dining room with generous glass doors, skylights, a large dining table and a soapstone fireplace. The room opens directly onto the wooden terrace and garden.
There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements
The house has three bedrooms and a separate office with a sofa bed:
Two bedrooms with double beds
One bedroom with a single bed
A separate office with a 160 cm wide sofa bed for two additional guests
The house accommodates up to seven guests, with five regular beds and two additional sleeping places on the sofa bed.
The office may also be used as a workspace during your stay.
Two bathrooms
There are two fully tiled bathrooms, one on each floor. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail, making the house comfortable for larger families or groups travelling together.
Garden and terrace
At the rear of the house is a large wooden terrace in a sunny south-west-facing position. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available, making it an ideal place for breakfast, relaxing in the sun and long summer evenings.
The garden is peaceful and relatively private, with the greenery of Hagaskogen forest immediately next to the property.
Parking is available for two cars.
Skanör and Falsterbo
Skanör and Falsterbo are known for their beautiful white sandy beaches, charming surroundings, nature reserves and relaxed summer atmosphere.
The beach, Skanör harbour and the town centre are easily reached by bicycle. The harbour offers several restaurants, cafés, a swimming jetty and a popular sandy beach.
The surrounding area also offers excellent walking and cycling routes, golf courses, tennis and other activities.
Skanör town centre has a supermarket, pharmacy and other essential services. There are also convenient bus connections to Malmö and Hyllie.
